where can i buy 50cc motorbikes? what exactly do i need when im 16, like CBT, tax, etc?

Other than ebay, where do i buy 50cc motorbikes (i know technically anything 50cc and under is a moped, but they look like motorbikes.

also, when i turn 16 in england, what exactly do i need to ride it on the road? cbt, tak, mot,insurance etc etc

and where cheapest to get 3rd party insurance for it?
