Motorcycle insurance?

by Scooter Insurance on April 12, 2010

I live in Southern California, what insurance compnay can I contact that will provide really cheap motorcycle insurance. Some of the rates out there are unbelieveable

Depends how old you are, and what kind of bike you would like to insure.. I am 22, and I pay $40/month for my 04 CBR 600rr.. I went to some of the other listed companies, most wouldn’t even touch me, others gave me rates like 2000-4000/year. Good luck!

What is the absolute best, maximum protection motorcycle insurance for me? 20/F 1st time rider.?

I’m not in SoCal, but Allstate has treated me right so far. Check Geico out too.

Check out Progressive. I have my car and boat with All-state and they wanted $648 for my bike. I got the same coverage (dollar for dollar) from Progressive and it’s $179. My All-state agent said they lost most of their motorcycle business to Progressive.

Progressive is great. I’ve got liability coverage only on my 2000 KLR650 but it’s only $129 per YEAR.
